Harry and Meghan 'had nothing to do' with rules for neighbours, says palace
Buckingham Palace says the Duke and Duchess of Sussex had nothing to do with the "content or guidance offered".
Harry and Meghan live in Frogmore Cottage on the private Windsor estate, which is also home to many royal and Crown Estate staff and other officials.
A Buckingham Palace spokeswoman said: "The Duke and Duchess didn't request this, didn't know about it, and had nothing to do with the content or guidance offered."
The meeting is understood to be one of the regular briefings for people on the estate and that other matters would have also been on the agenda.
A royal protection officer was also seen asking a fan at Wimbledon, who was photographing Serena Williams, not to take pictures of Meghan.
